How to use it
• In case of colds and bronchitis, moisten a finger with the oil and pass it over the nostrils.
• In case of sore throat, massage the oil on the neck and chest.
• In case of tiredness, put 3-4 drops of oil in hot water and make a foot bath.
• In case of migraine, moisten your fingers with the oil and massage your temples or place a cloth bag with cool water and a few drops of oil on your forehead.
• In case of muscle pain, massage the painful areas with the oil several times.
• In case of cramps, rub the affected area with oil.
• In case of stiff neck, massage a few drops of oil into the cervical area.
• In case of bruises, apply the oil to the affected area 3-4 times.
• In case of sprains, gently massage the affected area with oil.
